I walked into Major World expecting to be treated like a customer, but I was basically left unattended. The lack of attention and customer service was extremely disappointing. Eventually, I was introduced to a manager who spoke with heavy accent. Combined with his overly familiar and persistent sales approach, the interaction gave me the impression of the stereotypical high-pressure used-car salesman. His friendliness felt more like a sales tactic than genuine customer service, and I was not comfortable with the way the interaction was going. He even welcomed me as “brother & family ” I decided to pass on offer of having new brother, extra family members as well as the car deal and simply walked out.
I drove up the block and got my car from Northstar instead. The experience reminded me that when making a major purchase, I want to feel respected, listened to, and comfortable—not ignored and pressured.
I Would like to Thank Major World for my brand new car from Northstar Kia
